Data is processed to provide the platform, manage accounts, operate AI-assisted workflows, support users, maintain security, process access rights and improve platform functionality.
When users request AI outputs, relevant user-provided data may be used as context to generate the requested result. Users should not submit data they are not authorized to process.
Company information, uploaded documents and finance-related data should be treated as confidential business information and used only for the requested platform workflows.
Payment-related processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. SeekPeakAI does not need to store full payment card data directly when external payment processors are used.
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data where applicable under data protection rules.
